What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and basic profile information through our authentication provider, Clerk. This is used solely to manage your account and sign-in experience.

Conversation data

whspr processes conversation audio and transcripts in real time to generate response suggestions. Transcripts are sent to Anthropic's API for processing and are not stored on our servers. We do not retain, log, or save any conversation content after your session ends.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

Clerk — authentication and account management. Clerk's privacy policy governs how your account data is handled.

Anthropic — AI processing for generating response suggestions. Conversation text is sent to Anthropic's API for real-time processing only. Refer to Anthropic's usage policy for details on how API inputs are handled.

Vercel — hosting and infrastructure.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can delete your account at any time, which removes all associated data from our authentication provider. Since we do not store conversation data, there is nothing additional to delete.

Children

whspr is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of whspr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
