What whspr does

whspr is an AI-powered conversation coaching tool that listens to live conversations and generates response suggestions. Suggestions are generated by AI and are not professional advice of any kind — legal, financial, medical, or otherwise.

Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you use the suggestions whspr provides. You agree not to use whspr for any unlawful purpose, to deceive or defraud others, or in any way that violates the rights of others.

You are responsible for ensuring that recording or transcribing conversations complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including consent requirements.

No guarantees

whspr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that suggestions will be accurate, appropriate, or effective for any particular situation. Use your own judgment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, whspr and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive use of the service.

Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue whspr at any time without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
